The COD problem

Cold selling runs with a high return rate. That's already in your numbers. The problem is what each return costs you behind the scenes.

Most operators charge for the return leg, apply a percentage on the collected amount and hand back returned stock unaudited. Three leaks that, on top of your rejection rate, eat the campaign's margin.

Flat fee per order, not a percentage

Thanks to our volume, the COD handling fee is flat per collected order. We pass it on as is, without inflating it with percentages on the collected amount.

On medium and high ticket campaigns, moving from a percentage of the amount to a flat fee completely changes the profitability of the operation.

You don't pay the return logistics

The norm in COD is to pay the outbound and, if the order isn't delivered, the return too. Thanks to volume, GLS doesn't bill us for that return.

Since our business is preparing orders and not making money on shipping, we pass that saving on to you: we don't charge you the return logistics of undelivered parcels. In a world where the return is the cost that hurts most, that almost pays for the service.
